Responsible for comprehensive management across 4 strategic pillars:

• Product Research & Development: planning and packaging 100% of the curriculum along with practical trial lesson scripts to support Sales;

• Operations & Optimization: ensuring learner retention, optimizing teaching resources, and providing "Hot Leads" to close Upsell;

• Brand Ambassador & Business Partnerships, serving as an expert (KOL) to review communications, represent the brand, and directly negotiate corporate training contracts;

• Community Management: establishing entry standards and providing professional oversight for real-world projects carried out by the student community team.

Designer responsibilities:

• Carry out design work and manage design projects according to assigned projects.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Developers throughout the project implementation process.

• Supervise members of the company's design team.

• Review and control the quality of design deliverables for projects implemented by team members.

• Ensure, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness and productivity of team members.

• Coordinate the resolution of arising situations that require support from team members.

• Support the recruitment, training, evaluation, and assessment of new employees.

• Organize activities to enhance team members' capabilities through training courses and workshops.

Responsible for building and managing the company’s entire creative strategy. I work closely with the product development, marketing, and engineering departments to create visually compelling and highly interactive media campaigns and products to attract new users and retain existing ones.

• Lead the creative team, including graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and content writers.

• Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all products and campaigns.

• Set the long-term creative vision, from developing brand identity to integrating new technologies into products.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create optimal user experiences on the blockchain trading platform.

In my role as an instructor, I am responsible for drafting and editing curricula, teaching directly, evaluating students’ learning outcomes, and guiding students in completing final assignments and semester projects.

• Develop and update the curriculum for Semester 1 and 2 courses in the ADIM program at HCM campuses, including: Design and Visual Fundamentals, Digital Illustration, Image Processing, Typography, Brand Identity, Design for Print & Advertising, Media Publishing, UX Research, UX Design, UI Design, Wireframing, Prototyping.

• Supervise final projects for Semester 1 and 2 students in the ADIM program.

• Ensure the quality of students’ final semester deliverables in classes taught during the semester.

• Provide professional consultation, guidance, and career orientation for students.

• Participate in advanced training programs as a speaker and lecturer.

• Connect with colleagues to support academic exchange activities, improve teaching methods, and prepare lectures.
