Introduction

The project was carried out for WAO, a startup headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. The goal of the project is to create a platform for food stores, cosmetics stores, spa chains, and small- and medium-sized cafés. Through a single mobile application, customers can connect directly with these stores.

Users can connect with a wide variety of store categories, products, and services. Stores can collect customer information, sell products or provide services directly, while also rolling out promotions more quickly. The platform acts as an intermediary, maintaining engagement between users and stores through a points-earning and rewards redemption program.

  • Allow businesses to customize colors and branding directly in the app.

  • Prioritize feature display according to each business's industry, helping users search and use them more easily.

Features
  • Loyalty: Get offers, earn points, and redeem rewards through the app.

  • Promotions: Set up multiple concurrent promotions, optimized and standardized for customers.

  • Booking: Schedule appointments online quickly and easily, with a reminder system so customers are not left behind.

  • Sales & Payments: Convenient online shopping for stores, combined with omnichannel payment with many options.

Design Solution
Color System

Because of the diversity of brands present on the platform, the colors used are also designed with that flexibility in mind, ensuring brand imagery is conveyed consistently and effectively.

Typography System

The corresponding operating system's default font (iOS/Android) will be used in the app to optimize information display and speed up design.

Icon System

The icon system for the features is designed and color-matched to align with each business's brand identity.
